About the Business

We work with partner tire yards across Japan to export passenger car (PCR), truck & bus (TBR), and light truck (LTR) tires, along with casings for retreading, by the full container load (FCL) to buyers around the world. Our role is to give used tires that would otherwise have nowhere to go in Japan a second market overseas.

We grade every tire by size, tread depth, and condition, and quote on a CIF basis. SK.Inc trades internationally as USED TIRE JAPAN, a Japanese used tyre exporter shipping full container loads worldwide.

In-House Development Department

We build and operate our own systems for multilingual support and internal management. WhatsApp, Viber, and other messaging tools are managed centrally, with staff accounts in Japan and overseas controlled from a single place — responding automatically around the clock, even after hours.

Daily updates let us capture customer inquiries that used to slip through, driving our plan to double sales.

What We Handle

We currently export to 28+ countries across Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. We ship from 13 ports across Japan — Ishikari, Tomakomai, Hachinohe, Akita, Sendai, Niigata, Kashiwazaki, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, and Moji — choosing whichever port best matches where the stock is collected.

Minimum order is a single 40-foot container, and we can mix multiple sizes and vehicle types in one load.

Structure

Our Overseas Sales team is based directly in Guatemala, Bolivia (La Paz and Cochabamba), Senegal, and Paraguay, staffed by local team members fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Wolof, and Igbo.

In Japan, a licensed customs specialist is on staff, and we handle everything ourselves — export documentation through to direct communication with buyers overseas. We are not just a broker: collection, inspection, and export have all been handled in-house from the start.
